Q1: What does Comptoir Solutions Corp do, and where are your products manufactured?

A: We are a U.S.-based apparel trading and supply chain management company specializing in importing high-quality garments into the North American market. We leverage a robust and vetted manufacturing network across China and Southeast Asia (including Vietnam, Cambodia, and Bangladesh) to offer competitive pricing, flexible production capabilities, and diverse fabric sourcing tailored to your brand’s needs.

Q2: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: Our standard MOQ typically starts at 500 to 1,000 units per style/color, depending on the fabric complexity, garment type, and country of origin. However, we support growing brands and custom projects—reach out to our sales team with your tech pack or design specifications, and we will work out a tailored solution for your volume.

Q3: How do you handle Quality Assurance (QA) and Compliance?

A: Quality and ethical sourcing are our top priorities. We implement strict 3-tier quality control checks:

  • Pre-production: Fabric, lab dips, and trim approvals.

  • In-line Inspection: Checking stitching, sizing, and workmanship during manufacturing.

  • Final Inspection: Standard AQL 2.5 inspections before shipment. Additionally, all our manufacturing partners in Asia adhere to international social compliance and labor standards (such as WRAP, BSCI, or Sedex certifications).

Q4: How do you assist with U.S. customs, tariffs, and logistics?

A: As a U.S.-registered corporation, we streamline the entire import process for you. We manage global freight forwarding, entry clearance, and tariff classification. We offer both FOB (Port of Origin) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid to your U.S. warehouse) terms, meaning you don't have to worry about complex international shipping documents or customs holds.

Q5: What is your typical lead time for sampling and bulk production?A:

  • Sampling: 7–14 days after tech pack and fabric/trim approval.

  • Bulk Production: 30–60 days after PP (Pre-Production) sample approval, depending on order volume, fabric availability, and manufacturing location. We also provide expedited options for fast-fashion or replenishable core styles.

Q6: What payment terms do you accept for wholesale orders?

A: We offer flexible B2B payment arrangements. Standard orders typically require a T/T deposit prior to production, with the balance due upon shipment/B/L release. For long-term partners with verified credit, we also offer Letter of Credit (L/C) options and extended payment terms (e.g., Net 30/60).
